Moving to supanames

I've moved the site to a new host as of today. Please let me know if anything looks wrong or fails to work as expected.

After some bogus user registrations, I have introduced a measure which will defeat most automated registration attempts. The immediate effect is that users won't be able to enter a website or signature field on their profile until after they have posted a few times.

In response to spammers using the board, I have put some changes in place:

1) I have disallowed guest postings. I did so reluctantly because I'd prefer it if anyone could comment freely without needing to register but this facility was being abused.
