This book makes me think that these sly popular music hypnotists and their team of unknown background scientific musical
helpers (which all these stars have).
Have not only hypnotized their fans. But have also distorted and entrained their own brains.
Because these minstrels have played their tunes over and over and OVER so if this book is correct which I think it is.
Then both the fans and bands have become basket cases.
Certainly the best book I have read on the criticism of rock pop and heavy music.

This book changed my life... My aunt sent it to my mother to warn her about the plague rock music was infecting America with. I found it and devoured it. I was a teenage druggie who loved the Stones in the mid 1970s, and this book taught me to listen to the words closely... more importantly it showed me the path to all the great music prophets of the time. I became addicted to the meaning... which led me and my friends to Dylan and all the rest. Down that path I eventually found Shakespeare and all of the classic Canon.

I remember that my grandmother read this book when it was first published. She saw "communist plot" in everything. I am myself, a musician, and know that music can be a powerful thing.... but not THAT powerful. Wow! Rock and Roll used in hypnosis to incite riots! Funny, and tragic stuff!

Your paranoid fantasy world sounds like such fun!

Explain, please what Obama's presidency has to do with Noebel's gibberings about rock'n'roll. (Don't forget to disclose what makes Obama a "usurper" given he was voted into office with no hint of scandal and hanging chads. Since Bush couldn't stand again, who could Obama be said to have usurped? Hillary? Try arguing from the facts and attempt to use words with consideration to their meaning. Above all avoid supposition and innuendo, and you may be allowed into the senior playground)

Now that a crypto-Marxist usurper is ensconced in the White House, whose father = Gary Davis, not the Kenyan = was a cardcarrying member of the Communist Party USA, Mr Noebel doesn't look nearly so stupid any more, does he?

Wow, this is hilarious. I love this site. I need to read here more often. I went and found a copy of the Marxist minstrels and read it. I nearly doubled over from laughter; it really made my day. If anybody is reading this, please know that if you ever find yourselves suffering from depression, this book is THE CURE.

And the first comment, you'll notice here, is from Mrs. Noebel, the author's mother.

Noebel wrote Rhythm, Riots, and Revolution; a book that sent my friends and me into sheer hysterics in high school. There's a whole chapter on the dangerous, mind-warping, commie-pinko,will brainwash- your -child- into- the -Manchurian -Candidate, "The Little Engine that Could." Must be scary to go off one's meds. YOU obviously support the commies, because all of the quotes David A. Noebel has used in his book are true. Thank you very much and GOD speed.
