Newspaperman and Tory MP. FH says he expressed an interest in investing in the Morning Mail, FH's halfpenny paper which was in need of money. FH at first took to Hennekey Heaton, but on finding that 'he thought that making money and getting a position was the only thing in the world' FH 'had no more interest in him'.
